"I left this place in tears. it started when they couldn’t find the appointment i had made the DAY BEFORE, (which they said has happened recently a few weeks ago) and told me i’d have to wait 3 hours before my cat could be groomed, a little irritating but fine, whatever. I told them I wanted a full groom (last time i got her groomed a full groom was sanitary shave, claw clip and a bath.) they called and asked if i wanted her shaved and i told them yes (thinking they meant the sanitary shave) I called back to clarify that i meant a sanitary shave, given the fact that i had stated what i wanted multiple times and they still didn’t seem to understand, and i went to voicemail, they didn’t call me back until after they had COMPLETELY shaved my cat. This place does not have good communication whatsoever, they do not explain anything to you, and then make you feel dumb when they’re the ones who screwed up. when i came in to pick her up i told them i was very unhappy and wanted to speak with a manager, they told me i could call the number on the building. i did not feel comfortable paying after they had basically mutilated my cat and repeatedly did not listen to me (why would i pay for services i'm unhappy with). I know you will say you don’t need my business and i'm sure you’ll do fine without me but i will NEVER bring my babies back here. I shouldn’t be afraid to leave my cat with a groomer, but i was, I really should’ve taken you not having my appointment in the first place as a sign to go literally anywhere else. Not only did all of this happen, but there is now a visible cut on her back that was not there before so they also cut her."
