I asked the Hong Kong Customs to confirm that it was not necessary to pay this fee, but they insisted on charging and detained the package. I have a certificate of remittance, a certificate of correspondence from the Hong Kong Customs and an alarm record, and a dialogue record with the freight company. I can’t believe that after I paid $6773, I couldn’t get my package."
