"I hated the way the worker Adnan A. Bader treated our family while trying to fly my brothers dog back to California. We used United but somehow the mentioned above from Swissport Cargo worker spoke to myself and my Mother in a very rude, obnoxious, and disrespectfulmanner. He looked for any way to find a reason why the crate was too small, that they don't fly stub nosed dogs, ripped papers out of my mothers hands. First he said we arrived to early and made us wait outside the United Cargo libby in the cold from 5am to 6am. Then told us the crate was too small Abunch of BS the dog had more than 4 inches of head clearance. Had my mother come back at 10:30 bcs he said the connecting flight was cancelled and that we had to pay $175 more. Not our fault! Just an extremely terrible employee! He deserves to be fired for the way he treated us."

The sense of urgency does not exist and even if there is no one in line (a rare event) expect to spend 20-30 min to pick up or drop off a shipment."
