"We had ok experience with Felipe's Transportation. That was not the case this morning. I called and reserved for my aunt to be picked up this morning (I was told at 6am). I gave their headquarter office my aunt's cell number so they can call and she can get ready in time. First, they called me and left a voice mail. Then they showed up at 5am. Luckily my aunt was ready except for putting her sandals on. I told the driver who was kind of shouting for us to come out if we were traveling. I told you need to wait a second since I was told that she was going to be picked up at 6am. He told me I was being prepotent and arrogant. Last time, I or my family travel using this company. This is not a way to treat a customer. Their lack of communication should not be taken out on the customers."
