"They came to deliver a couch and take away two old couches. They loaded the couches while I was organizing the new couch and left all the cushions scattered all over my drive way. When called to let them know the cushions were still here they told me it's just 2 cushions and hung up. They then proceeded to turn off their phone so I couldn't contact them. I would give no stars if it was possible."

"NEVER deal with this company! and AVOID at all costs! The Liberty Transportation has damaged by floors and had the contractual obligation (under Costco!) to cover the damage costs. Instead they delayed the services by 4 months and decided that instead of doing the required repairs they would just send a person from Artistic repairers to wipe the floors with the olive oil to fool you! Brian Smith - Liberty's vice president is a very create cost controlling executive! Just stay away for any services you may consider this company for unless you are willing to pay for all the damages out of your pocket! More, if you consider to sub-contract them for any delivery or transportation services, think first what damage they may bring to your customers!"

"Angel and his crew made two trips to complete the delivery & haul away of my refrigerator. They were fast, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would rate them 9.9 out of 10. The one suggestion is they should carry a box of disposable shoe covers for use while INSIDE the house."
