"I'd give a zero if I could. I bought a washerdryer combo from home depot. Similar unit was to be removed. They wouldn't try to take it into the basement. Oh, they offered to leave it and we could gave someone take it down. Canceled the order, went to Lowe's, they delivered 2 days later, installed it, in the basement and removed the old washerdryer combo. AND I saved $200. I will never deal with Home Depot and naked sure what delivery service is being used, because this company isn't it."

"I’ve been a driver for JB hunt for 10 years now. Please don’t hold an entire company accountable for a few bad drivers. Safety is our top priority and so is customer service. Please also remember we are people, human beings, also so I know in some of my situations where civilians, non professional, drivers have disrespected me and then wanted respect from me. To the point I had to walk away! We as professional drivers deal with so much in a day to day like, bad drivers, nasty receivers, police, DOT and traffic! Just remember Respect is earned not given!!! Just a my thought!!!! As for coming through residential areas while it’s not safe but there are situations where there could be detours etc and there is no other way. Especially on Philadelphia Rd where our maintenance shop sits and there is no other way to get into the yard. Please be mindful of this!"

"Can you teach or hire professional drivers to not come through a residential neighborhood? The Perryman community is being disrespected by this trucking company that seems not to have any respect for our safety or traffic laws. I think a multi million dollar class action lawsuit for the contribution of our property lost of value and the breaking of our covenant of enjoyment may gain your attention!"

"Completely tried to avoid their job. We paid $199 for installation when we bought a washer drier from home Depot. The team dropped the units off but refused to install it saying the setup was not up to code. Ended up calling 4 plumbers who all agreed that while there were concerns, they were minor and easily fixed and did not warrant JB Hunt to deny installation. Completely unresponsive to emails and do not provide a number to call. Unfortunately one bad review won't be enough. They will still get business despite extremely sub par service."
