"Paid them a deposit through SquareSpace, then they cancelled the day before my move. They offered to either reschedule or issue a refund, so I went with the refund. Stated in email that it was refunded. That was a month ago, and still have not received my refund. So hire at your own risk. I will not stop writing negative reviews until I receive my refund of $265.31. UPDATE: 10/17 Still have not received my money back. They stole my money. Do not use these movers."

"They were extremely unprofessional. First they requested that we move the date of the move because they didn’t have people. When the day of the move came they didn’t bring the dolly and “went off to get it”. I received a text 5 min later saying that they were canceling the move because it was unorganized (most everything was packed and ready) and because it was about to rain. The day I had scheduled the move there was no rain in the forecast. Save yourself the hassle and book with another company."
