"Incompetent! Sent a package from your ikeja office to Maryland U.S.A on 6th of July, till now there is no receipt, no way bill, no tracking, no contact... is this how you do things? No update whatsoever if shipment was made and how far one should wait. This is very sad. Tried talking to a representative and they keep reading with no reply. I guess customers are not important yet u advertise like you are up to standard! To add to all these, ur offices are always closed from time to time with not notice, gosh!"

"Please stay clear of everything and anything that has to do with Adelove Shipping. If you chose to do so, it's at your own expense. I have shipped with this company two different times. One on February 25, which the receiver didn't receive the package until April 10 after countless of calls, messages and emails. The last one was shipped on May 20 and the receiver is yet to receive the air freight cargo. Meanwhile, these shipments are air freight with estimated delivery of 7 to 10 days. First, the company lacks communication and customer relations. They don't pick calls or return your calls. When they eventually pick calls they will tell you only the CEO can give you the update of your package. Also, nobody accept responsibilities for the delay in your shipment. I just tried to summarize my ordeals in the hand of Adelove Shipping because their excesses are too much."
