"Terrible, they had my package for over a week and there is no way to get a hold of them. I filed a claim and everything. They really need to get their act together. No customer service is unacceptable."

"The lady who was operating the service desk today at 4:30pm has no place in any position that involves customer service or speaking to another human being whatsoever. Cursed and crudely insulted the lady in front of me in line and made everyone very uncomfortable. I will likely never use and would strongly recommend taking business elsewhere to anyone in need of these services. Shouldn't feel hostility and imediate contempt like this in a room where we're just trying to pick up and drop off packages."

"I agree with some of the previous reviews of customer service at this UPS. I was there the evening of 1/17/23 and had the same experience as I have had several other times in the past few months. The woman who works there is not only rude, but also the most incompetent employee I have seen anywhere. She seems to have no idea how to treat customers. Is she related to a manager? I don't understand how she is still employed at this customer center. If I could give less than one star, I would have."

"I had accidentally shipped an important package to my old address, and didn't realize it till the day of delivery. I put in a hold request the morning of, and went to this location that evening, and even though the package was still on the truck, the staff went and found it for me without me even asking. It contained a birthday present for my nephew and I was flying out the next morning, so their going the extra mile made his day I'm sure. Thank you"
