"The drivers are rude. I live in a senior living apartments in Frederick Md. FedEx is the only delivery service that does not bring packages to our apartment. Some of them don’t even bring the packages into the building. They leave them outside. Ups, Amazon, Post office all deliver to the apartments. I avoid buying from any business that uses FedEx because I know there’s a good chance something will go wrong. They also loose packages on a regular basis."
