I’m not going to the RL Cares forum, RL obviously doesn’t care, that’s why RL Carriers has a 3 out of 5 review rating. You’re a shipping company that is barely above a half in approval ratings. Good job RL Carriers you were supposed to pick up the item you damaged on 12/21/23 between 3pm and 6pm, no surprise you didn’t show up. Keep failing, you’re doing great."

"R&L is my main place for my business orders. I always have dock pick up. The staff is nice, friendly and take pride in their work. Dock pick up is easy and efficient. I have never had a problem with damaged items. My orders are usually on a pallet and wrapped well."

"We had our 220lbs grill delivered today and we reached out to them more than 24 hours before delivery requesting the delivery to be placed in the garage the next day but they left on the driveway. Not happy with them. The representative assured it will be delivered in the garage."
