"As an employer- you may like this company. As an employee you will strongly Dislike them!! I highly recommend your employer to use someone else!!! I’ve spent hours with HWS on the phone about issues on my incorrectly submitted hours (on their end). I’ve had 2 or more Incorrect paychecks, they don’t explain their process well, they let my employer and I go almost two years without all the correct information regarding tax documents; to which they have now shared that they use other third party companies for things they can’t event handle - for stipends, etc. So, there is another thing to add to your list. If you’re about to use this company for a household employee, I highly recommend finding a company- well educated, that can handle all the financials all on their own, explain things properly for tax purposes and give you less worry and time, spent taking to the over the phone. My employer still uses this company- but I would give it a 0/10 recommendation. I know I’ll be on the phone with them many times this year. They have already messed up my “inclement weather days” this week, and today I didn't even receive again the correct amount on my pay check already called them 2x this week!"
