"Nice clean rooms, good service, but the area is a little sketchy. Obvious drug users nodding out in the lobby, loitering and harassment in the parking lot. Not the fault of the hotel but they do need stricter security for customers to feel safe. Would not visit alone again."

"Nice location. Rooms were clean. I was very disappointed with their service. I left behind a favorite stuffed animal, and even though I called them the same day, nothing. Tried a few more times, I could tell that they didn't care. Not a way to treat a platinum elite member, for staying there for two weeks. And to add insult to injury, they only credited me for 8 days reward instead of 14. Luckily, I noticed it and had it corrected."
