Ramada by Wyndham Rockaway

"Great quick stay. Location was convenient to a lot of shops and 10 mins from the mall. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Excellent customer service. Free breakfast was good and there were a lot of amenities in the lobby for purchase (alcohol/ snacks/ meds etc) Good spot for a great price!"

"We booked a non-smoking room and our room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The breakfast was awful. The place was not clean. We were there for a night and couldn't wait to leave."

"Though the bed was comfy, staff was kind, and the breakfast was good, but sadly that's about it. The room smelled odd, possibly of old stale smoke and there were weird colored and/or dirty spots on the wall. The chair in the room was nasty and stained. Both doors were badly painted, and the bathroom door was broken as the front and back panels were falling off. The mirrors were dirty. Two of the towels were either stained or contained many specks of dirt. The tub/shower had disgusting gross clumps of hair on the wall; along with the dirty towels, this was probably the worst hotel offence I've ever seen. It is clear that there are very low cleanliness standards at the Ramada by Wyndham Rockaway, which is very sad considering other Ramada hotels I've been in years past were quite a pleasant experience overall. If I could choose to stay somewhere else on my next visit to the area, I would."

"Stayed here for one night with my family. The hotel is dated and could use renovations. There is a definite "smell" in the lobby and through the hotel. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly but no Manager on Duty. Rooms were old and not clean. Towels were dirty and the toilet was not clean. The tub/shower was decent and we had hot water. No microwave or fridge in the room. Continental breakfast consisted of old cereal and some bread. Don't count on anything of substance. This hotel was not my first choice but we needed a place to stay on short notice. Look to stay somewhere else."

"Too overly priced. Coffee makers dont work. The rooms smell and there's barely any light in the room. TV Is good size. No refrigerator no microwave in the rooms."
