"I gave them an 2 ; even though they prepared my 2029 tax return; but I wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone to get my 2021 taxes done and even leaving messages to ask for an appointment; so now I got to wait until 2023 and try again; because I can’t afford to pay to get my taxes done"

"Please please be very careful in using this agency. I have been using them off and on for 25 years. Recently my status changed I make more money and have no dependants. Today I recieved a letter from IRS stating there was an error with the ammount. I paid state 2 weeks ago certified mail (people please spend $3.00 to send certified IRS make a lot of mostakes too i paid twice in one year due to their overlook...#pandemicprofessionalslackers)Please ask them to double check it. They say you see 3 people to confirm...i hope the receptionist is not in included in the three I saw 2 and the manager did mine. Now I'm paying the additional that they over looked!! Ask questions they don't offer any help. This is the last year for me...thank God for Tax savings."

He wanted to know what was in the letter, I feel if your agency have a contract for a non profit and ppl are getting paid you should all be on the same page and know what is going on. I don't understand why they did not contact you first. I told your employee I choose not to discuss it with you and let IRS handle it. But you disregarded my request and took it in your hands to ask again. T hat Thatgoesbto show me you have no respect for the lower class citizens I have contacted counsel. Thank you"

"I was recommended to use them by a state delegate who is a friend of mine. She urged me to call them. Reluctantly I did because they haven't helped anybody I know of. I was contacted by a very unpleasant employee on the phone by the name of Gladys Station. She had no concern for my financial state which is awful. In fact she laughed at me throughout the conversation. That was reprehensible. In fact she eventually let me go abruptly in the middle of the conversation and said "Bye". She didn't wish me any luck or sympathy. This place is useless and is another fake non-profit existing in this city living off taxpayers. Will urge everyone to avoid them at all costs."
