"Honestly the first mediocre customer service I've experienced at any Jcrew, especially this one. I was a bit taken aback. I've been shopping at this Jcrew for over 10 years. I got a hello from the employee and then had to engage him and ask for help. He told me what ever they have is right there offering no other help or option ending the conversation so I left. Really disappointing. Customer service you would expect in Sears, are they still around?"

"This store isn't my style, but I went in their for the holiday for gifts for my family. The staff was so incredibly nice especially the woman with the tortoise shell glasses she must have been the store manager. It was extremely busy but a young guy helped me along with the woman I mentioned and it was an excellent experience. I definitely will be back and I'm in retail as well I think they set an amazing example and raised the bar with their customer service skills and great attitudes!"

"Horribly trained employees. Ordered Large Tall shirts online. Despite their fit guide online saying sizing is the same as Ralph Lauren shirts, they run smaller, so I attempted to exchange for XL Tall. I was refunded and then charged as though they sold the stuff to me in the store, which they did not and could not do as they do not stock tall sizes. The person at the register kept asking for help, but was not actually shown how to make the exchange online. The other person there just kept telling them to charge me the same price and ring up the items in XL Tall. They never actually placed the order. Of course, now none of these items are in stock in the size I need, but I did manage to get a refund. Now I know to never let someone who is obviously not trained handle my transactions."
