"Terrible experience I came in a little before Christmas to purchase intimates. I was going to order online but thought I’d go in person so I wouldn’t have to wait. I select 5 underwear for their 5 for $35 promotion. At check out it seemed that one pair had been removed from the system and was priced at a penny. Instead of scanning a similarly priced item, they refused sell of the item and I didn’t see any other pair I liked so I declined the underwear all together. When I inquired as to why and if they was anything they could do I was told no about 3 times. I didn’t understand why I was penalized because someone forgot to do their job and remove the item from the shelf. I bought two outfits (which I now truly regret). As I exited the store I could hear the shift leader say “so difficult” and I told her I’m not difficult she was just incompetent. Terrible experience, rude associates. I see why soon this will be an online store."
