"Beautifully designed location, with amazing high quality minimal clothes that have an effortless California vibe. The store staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful. Every time I come in here, it’s such a treat. I’ve bought a jacket and a simple Tshirt so far and absolutely love both items."

"UPDATE: Buck Mason has not contacted me after this experience even though the manager took my information down. Why act as if you are going to take the information down and not contact the customer? -- Honestly, it pains me to write this review. I walked into Buck Mason to get fitted in certain clothing because I am non-binary and wear unisex fashion. I asked one of the stylists and/or sales associates to fit me and he kept looking at me inappropriately. He looked at my breasts and kept smiling. It felt uncomfortable. I told the manager and left my e-mail. No one contacted me about this experience."

"Bought a jumpsuit in April, selected local pickup, and forgot to get the item when my life turned upside down. They kept it for me for the last two months. Staff couldn't be nicer. They are hemming the jumpsuit for free and helped me find two great camp shirts. In April I'd bought a camp shirt in a larger size than usual because sale prices. Two months later they are . . . letting me return it. Great customer service. Also great that some of their items are made in the US, and many of their fabrics are apparently knit in the US. They were happy to accommodate my service dog, too."
