Reviews
"I wish they can do different services to the students. May they lends computers to the students who have problems with their outburst computers."
"Friendly and helpful service by all the staff members."
"Never have they disappointed me with IT problems that I face at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Excellent smart people work there, always eager to help solve our computer related and other IT problems."
"DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EQUIPMENT AND NOT CARE OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THESE PEOPLE ARE STUDENT WORKERS WITH NO EXPERIENCE! Took my computer in to get serviced. They replaced an entire part that didn't need replaced, resulting in more money out of my pocket for the unnecessary part. The correct fix was quite easy with only 3 screws needing removed and a cheaper part! Their fix lasted less than a year and now I have to clean up their mess and wonder what else they did incorrectly to my computer .They took apart the entire machine instead. Quoted me at two days for the entire fix, ended up keeping the computer for over a week. Very unprofessional! UPDATE: Had to open up my computer to check all that they did wrong. They put an entirely wrong piece in the computer. I've contacted 4 local repair shops to try and fix this issue and nobody will even touch the computer due to the problem IUP IT center caused!"
