"As a local small business owner, I was appalled at the lack of customer service at this store. My six year old son and I were the only customers in the store at the time. Four employees, not one greeted me or asked me if I had questions or offer assistance. The one quipped, “I’m going to stuff my face in the back”. This is not the first time I have had this experience, but it is the first that I have felt discriminated against. 10 minutes later, another customer walked in and was greeted, immediately. As it should be. She was less than a foot from us. This rep looked right at me and still did not acknowledge me. I asked my six year old what do we do when a customer walks in at our place of business and he replied quickly, “ we say hello mommy”. I asked, “has anyone said hello to us today”? He said, “no”. I used this experience as a teaching moment for my son. It sickens me the tens of thousands of dollars I have spent at this location over the past 20 years. AT will be the next to fall at this mall.
