"This place could be great if everybody would take pointers from Tammy, The only and I repeat only. Hotel employee who has any sense of the industry and customer service and what it takes to accommodate. My 10 year old is more professional than the staff and "Management" Their idea of accommodating is to inconvenience and deem the customer is wrong rather than do their jobs....lazy staff, numerous (lack there of any) customer service issues."

"The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again."

"So anyone talking about the pool being closed. So I had asked about it, and they said the pool was closed for 3 years. But it seems that from other reviews, they wouldn't even tell you that and just say it's undermantance. Also, I felt lime buges were in the room too."

"My room smelled weird. Also, my soap dispenser in the shower was broken and would not put out any soap. The biggest drawback to staying here is they do not offer free breakfast. They don't even offer free coffee. The people working the front desk were very nice and helpful. My room was also ready early, which is a plus. Coffee and a donut would be nice, though, before leaving in the morning. I was not a fan of the entire area where this hotel is located, but that's a personal preference."

"Rooms are clean, beds are nice and comfy, however, room decor is outdated. Hotel lobby is pretty good, staff is helpful and courteous. However, hotel hallways are a bit outdated and some places carpet is a bit dirty. Gym is small and equipment is outdated, pool has been closed for maintenance for a while. Lately courtyard has been closed. There is a bistro with pretty decent breakfast and lunch/ dinner options. Bistro staff is courteous and helpful, bistro service is pretty good."
