"They picked us up at the hotel the representative of KD Elite company acted like we were putting him out if we asked him anything about the situation.But after we were loaded up he was pretty professional and got us right to the ship and stopped and showed us where he would be to pick us up after the cruise.We were picked up and brought back to the hotel promptly after we got back from the cruise.The service was very good and we will use it again for our next cruise"

"KD Elite Transportation is very professional, we have used this company many times going on cruises out of Baltimore. They pick you up at your hotel and deliver you right to the cruise port. Before they drop you off, the driver makes sure you know where they will pick you up. They have always been on time, no delays. I would highly recommend KD Elite for any transportation needs."

"Part of a Stay and Cruise package from Best Western Conference Center. We normally like to park at the port so that parking and leaving from the cruise are in our control (we have a 9 hour drive to get to Baltimore). We decided to take advantage of the package at the Best Western. Apart from some confusion at the hotel with shuttle times (it's a free for all), even though cruise passengers have a specific boarding time. KD Elite did manage to get us to port for our 11am check-in. It was unusual that there were around 100 people staying at the hotel for the same cruise. Upon return, there were several KD Elite shuttles and a bus and finding them was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It did take a little longer than we wanted to wait to fill the bus before they left port but only about 30 minutes. We will certainly consider using this service again for future cruises."

"Please READ: I had my wedding on October 15, 2021 and booked a KD shuttle to stop at two hotels that were three minutes away from each other. Both hotels were an 8 minute drive to our venue. KD asked that I pay an extra $100 to add the second stop. I willingly agreed to the extra cost because I had promised all guests that a shuttle would be provided. The day before my wedding, I reviewed the plan with a man over the phone. He reassured me, that we were good to go. Five minutes before the ceremony, we had the bridal party lined up ready to walk down the aisle. My day of coordinator had to HOLD the ceremony because my guests had to WALK to my venue. The shuttle FAILED to stop at the second hotel. My guests waited as long as they could until they realized it was quicker to walk then to wait for an Uber. I was mortified! When you have the added cost for the second stop, you expect the shuttle to stop there. After the wedding I addressed what had happened via email to KD transportation and they stated the following. 10/18 - I sent an email 10/21 KD response: Thank you for this information. We will investigate the situation and address the questions to the driver who accommodated the wedding. We will let you know asap. 10/30: I send another email. 11/3: Good Day! We did not forget about you. Our driver is currently on vacation and will return on Monday. We will get back to you asap. 11/12 - I sent another email. I am writing this review on November 16, 2021 and still have not heard from them. Listen, I get that people make mistakes, but this needed to be addressed immediately."

"We have used KD Elite for our cruise transportation on two occasions so far. Their service has been top notch from taking us to the ship, and also back to the hotel after our cruise. They are very easy to find after debarkation, making the return trip very easy. All of the employees have been great, with a special shout out to Olga for taking care of us last minute! Using them means not having to worry about that step of our trip, and we are scheduled with them once again on our upcoming vacation."
