"Honestly, I thought this store was awesome. Until 2 months ago, I felt shut down by a few rude staff there. And I usually have friends in the White Marsh area who go to the same mall that this store is in. However, I think maybe I will switch to the location in Bel Air from now on. Because since that situation happened, I no longer feel welcome at that location or the mall altogether. And the people there are not who they seem to be, in case some of you may be wondering. - Max"

"It's been a long time since I went to Hot Topic. The store was clean and organized. People were helpful but not pushy. They even had one line for all the registers to make it easy to check out with the crowd. Glad that they didn't do what Spencer's did and they left out the regular clothes, instead of swapping Christmas sweaters. Glad I chose Hot Topic."
"Always my number one spot to go, when I head to White Marsh. They almost always have new stock every time I visit, with fair discounts here and there. Though, not every new stock they get is my forte, I will still always delight in seeing what they have to offer."
