"dog groomers expert and friendly!"
"Wrong cab company. I called Waynesboro Cab but nobody answered the phone! I used Express Taxi Service, LLC from Chambersburg and they were great!!"
"My car broke down on the way through this tiny little town and I still had 48 miles to go to reach home. Well, after I called my insurance and had the car towed to a shop for service I went to do what anyone else in this situation would do —I went to request an Uber to ferry me the rest of the way home. After two or three minutes of the Uber app telling me that it’s, ‘searching for a driver,” I wasn’t about to get worried just yet. Surely the second time I requested a ride a driver would respond to my request and be here in 3-5 minutes, right? How else could this go? Uber is always my saving grace, even at two/three in the morning. So, after the Uber app failed to get a driver again I was beginning to panic. This has never happened before. So then I regretfully had no choice but to request a Lyft (Uber’s lackluster competition.) Again and again, alternating between the two apps I kept getting no response for a driver. My partner and I then begin to feverishly panic. We are lost. We are in an unfamiliar town without anybody to call. We don’t know how we are even going to begin our 48 mile away trek home now. We started to bicker at one another at this point and both of us start walking. There are no buses, trains, or any sort of public transportation here apparently. No Uber’s. No Lyft’s. No hope. Nothing other than our feet. Our phones were on their last breath of battery power, too. All was almost lost until my partner had a brilliant idea; he shouted, “CALL FOR A CAB!” I said, “What?” To which he responded, “You know, a taxi. Call for one.” I questioned the existence of such a company most especially in this rural area of the country. However, despite my doubts I nevertheless began my Google search for a cab company. The first three numbers I called were all out of service. Hope was beginning to be lost again until the Waynesboro Cab Company answered my call! “Hello? Hello?!” I responded on the phone with glee when someone finally said they can get us home! After the agent on the phone had taken a pre-payment of $198 from debit card we sat in anticipation on the cold sidewalk, still bickering back and forth. Fifteen, thirty, sixty minutes had passed and we had grown impatient. Especially for the large sum of money taken from our pockets for such a service they did not seem at all concerned with punctuality nor professionalism. The driver had pulled up in a... pick-up truck. We were astonished to not see a de-facto yellow cab car. The driver requested I sit in the front seat, too. This made me extremely uncomfortable. Do not recommend this cab company nor traveling to Waynesboro because god forbid your car may break down. You will have no choice but to pay an arm and a leg to leave this desolate little town."
"Even though the driver is extremely friendly this service is completely unreliable. If you run a business you were supposed to operate within the advertisedHours....This is the guideline of Better Business. You also cannot discriminate between customers unless there is a behavior Issurs Apparently they take their personal lives above their business constantly"
"Would give "0" stars if I had the option. I have tried getting a taxi twice and both times after being told the time until arrival they never show or even call to inform me. I have missed appointments both times as a result, costing me time , money, and my happiness. Worthless. Make other arrangements if you have any other options. A mule would be more reliable."
