"Very poor customer service, was only greeted at the door when I can into shop. The store was so overwhelming I couldn’t find any clothes. Only a select few, I was never asked if I needed help on by a salesperson which I saw having a very heated conversation with another female on the floor next to register. I ended up leaving out because my overall experience here was terrible & I would never bring myself or friends to this rainbow location. Unprofessional & I never receive the same vibe like I do walking into my others favorite rainbows. Please do better with the customer service you provide & cleanliness of store. The staff was very rude towards each other & not really attentive to customers. I saw one girl eating chicken on the floor & wiped her hands with mouth & started cleaning up store."

"If you love yourself and want to keep your positive energy please DO NOT shop at this store.. I came in with a positive attitude but left with negative energy. The staff are fresh out the hood, and they display rude and gutter rat behavior. I was amazed at how the cashier was sucking on chicken bones while ringing folks up."
