"5 stars for pleasant and helpful staff. However, the quality of Torrid's clothes has dramatically decreased while the prices continue to climb. $65 for a cotton blend sleeveless shirt is ridiculous."

"Why do I want to go shopping only to be bombarded with employees following me around asking 20 questions over and over again. Are you that desperate for a sale? I wasn’t going to buy anything but I did get a shirt. At the register it was even worse….do I have an account with them….do I want an account….do I want to sign up for their credit card….she asked for my phone number (I said no) than my email (I said no I just want to buy the shirt). Do I want to donate to their charity? Good grief I felt from start to finish that I was questioned to death. Not to mention it was uncomfortable to even touch the clothes because as soon as I touched something and put it back, the girl was on it like flies on sh$& folding it to utter perfection. I will NOT be back."
