"Knowledgeable and professional. Syd and his office staff have always been courteous to me and effectively answered my questions. No issues with inaccurate filings. They are a busy office and I always try to provide my tax documentation as early in the season as I can."

"This place is absolutely unprofessional!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I handed them all my info to file taxes. Not only did Syd prepare them wrong and misspell my business name, he also prepared them a day before taxes were due and made us miss filing taxes on time and caused us penalties and interest fees. Gave us the run around regarding deductions and still hasn't finished our taxes. Also was told that they have a deadline of June 15th for there business clients....I will be taking my stuff elsewhere to someone who knows what they are doing. Again do NOT waste your time with this place."
