"I had a terrific stay here. Check-in was a breeze. My room was clean and modern. The bed and shower were great. Nice TV. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal with plenty of hot and cold items to choose from. The lady in charge of breakfast kept everything running smoothly and was super friendly. The hotel has an outdoor pool for use in the summer and is situated right next to the SEPTA rail line into the city. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Washington."

"My husband and I stayed at this location, from 12/28/2023 thru 01/01/2024 for the dedication, and end of year service at our church the First Church of the Lord Jesus Christ located in Philadelphia, PA. When we arrived, we were assisted by Hermes who displayed exceptional customer service skills to say the least. Everything was wonderful! The bed, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the service, etc. Did I mention their breakfast has turkey sausage/turkey bacon as an alternative? If we said that we enjoyed our stay, that would be an understatement! If God says the same, we plan on returning to this hotel for each service we attend in Philadelphia PA. "We chose this Holiday Inn Express for the location and the price. We will return because of the fantastic service we received from Hermes at the front desk. He is an excellent communicator, cheerful, and cares about the guests. We had a minor maintenance issue that was taken care of within 15 minutes on a Thursday evening. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are clean, love the Dove lotions, cleansers, conditioners."

"This Holiday Inn Express has undergone a large renovation. It was great since I had been there last. Amazing staff all around. The breakfast room is a well oiled machine. Great selections and lots of efficient personnel. Room was immaculate and location is in a very safe area of Fort Washington."
