"Great deals at the outlet and the employees were pretty nice. When I visited, there was a 50 to 60% off sale on clearance which brought some items down from $60+ to less than $20. I really liked their selection and so did my mom who has been a LOFT customer for many years."

"My wife had a frustrating experience at this store. We arrived at the store at 5:01 PM on a Sunday, one minute after closing. There were a lot of customers in the store but the door was already locked. When they opened it to let someone out, my wife explained to one of the employees that she had come from 40 minutes away and just needed to exchange an item for a different size. There were still plenty of customers in the store and my wife's transaction would have only taken them a couple minutes to complete. Instead they told her that she would need to come back, which was more than frustrating because they knew it was a long trip for us. I thought it was terrible customer service not to do the 2 min transaction. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they had the courtesy to check with the manager, who also declined to let my wife in."

"This store has so much clothes. It's like clothes heaven for anyone who loves ATL. The only issue I have is that the quality of the ATL outlets clothes are not as good as their retail stores. I have bought some cardigans here many years ago, and I noticed that the ones they carry now is thinner and fit looser/bigger. If you are looking for inexpensive clothes to wear for a short period of time, you might find something here. I am more of a classy style and quality is important to me, and I have a harder time finding something to buy. There seems to be a lot of people finding a lot of things to buy in this store. I'm probably one of the few customers walking out empty handed."

"I'm recalling why I have been avoiding this store for almost a year. Although you can find great style at great price- expect to spend a lot more time than planned. The slowest sales associates I've seen, the line isn't moving for 30 minutes; and I work in retail myself. Not coming back here anymore."
