"She has had our taxes for 2 years. Nothing has been done. Every week she said I was next she was super busy. Went to pick up all my documents and she can't find them. Told me her assistant would call me on Thursday it is Sunday still nothing. I dropped my taxes off in 2021 for her to help file my taxes and fix what KS messed up. July 2024 she has done NOTHING. Left me in bad standing with state and ignored i trusted to use her 90 percent of my emails!!!!!!!"
