"No ice unless you beg from the front desk no soap except for the one bar left in the room. Carpet nasty in the hall way. Shower dirty. Breakfast okay but could have been better."
"The room was disgusting. Like other reviews -staff is not to blame. Property needs to be remodeled. Torn carpet, 20 holes in walls that were patched up poorly, broken furniture, missing light bulbs, funny smell, old 1970s tub poorly resurfaced and peeling. I did stay in a 2 bedroom suite that 2nd room had standing shower but it wasn't too much nicer. I felt like I was staying at Motel 6, not a Marriott. It was worst hotel room ever!! I paid a lot of money for the room. Stay away from this property!!!!"
"We have stayed here many times in the last 4 years and every stay till now was really good. This is a great location for us but the place has slipped enormously. The breakfast was really awful, we came down about 7 am each morning and it was like the food had been sitting for hours. on the last two mornings we did not bother to try. We stayed 4 nights and never received housekeeping even though the request was for every other day. There was no shampoo in the room and the kitchen furnishings are sparse. Other than when we checked in, the front office staff leave a lot to be desired. We met a new GM a couple of years ago who was intent on taking things to the next level, after seeing what is happening now, I have an idea he is not there any longer. Sadly!"
"My neighbor wanted to take a little getaway trip so, I booked this hotel. Room 208, The Two-bedroom suite. To make a long story short, This hotel needs a lot of help from the OWNERS! The staff is amazing. Every one of them. They are a strong team to have a smile on their face and do such a great job with little to work with. I spoke with the new manager who's only been here a week. She was a sweetie and sat down with me while I explained my concerns with the room and for what I paid a night. This hotel could be a gold mine if they do what needs to be done to it like they did to their other property close by and did a complete renovation. Like they say " You have to spend money to make money ""
"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The morning staff were always pleasant when coming down for breakfast. The breakfast was standard hotel fair but far better than nothing. The room felt homey overall. Biggest disappointment was discovering my garbage hadn't been emptied from the previous guest. It made me a bit critical of cleaning going forward. The every other day cleaning did seem okay although I would have appreciated a coffee supply refill after I'd used most of it."
