"The staff are very rude . Yesterday , I went there and there was one lady talking very loud in the phone and continued for a long time without stop and all the people noticed that without doing anything even the staff.She didn't care about people beside here . I couldn't focus ,as a result I kindly ask one of the staff to ask her to make her voice lower than that. The staff refused to do so and they did the opposite by treating me badly instead."
"At this Tommy we usually find good sales. The store is not very large but there are always a good selection of current and clearance items. The last two times I bought I remember thinking, wow that's less than I thought"
"Manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Rather than help me find an outfit, she made me feel like she was in the back watching me on camera. She only came out, to pick up a price tag plate that I accidentally dropped on the floor, that I was going to pick up, but she didn’t give me a chance too. Mind you, it was right next to me. She picked it up, but didn’t say excuse me, or even asked me if I needed help. But the kid at the cash register made me feel extremely comfortable. She’s horrible!!"
