Quality Inn Montgomeryville-Philadelphia

"Very nice and clean looking lobby. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart who told me she normally doesn't work nights but she was definitely very accommodating. When I walked into the room it smelt like cedar which automatically put me in a comfortable mood. The bed was soft and comfortable, i definitely had a good nights sleep. The only things i didnt like about the hotel was my room in particular had a shower rod that was hanging down so the curtain no matter which way you pulled it slid back to the middle of the bar because that was the lowest point. The jets in the jetted tub have no been cleaned in a while as I was going to take a bath, I turned the jets on right before I got in and saw a ton of what looked like fish flakes shooting around the tub. Needless to say i emptied the tub and said yeah I'm just going to shower only. Lastly the breakfast selection was super limited to a choice of 3 cereals, a waffle or yogurt. The juice machine had a hard time dispensing cranberry juice. All and all still not a bad place to stay, I'd recommend it for an overnight stay."

"Spent a night here a week ago and was impressed from the start. Joe was amazing at letting me check in a bit early. The rooms were nice! Things were clean, smelled good and were accommodating! TV was big, beds were comfy. Pillows were a bit too soft but that’s just me. They give you so many so you can work around it. Only problems were the fridge wasn’t super cold even with the temp all the way down, bathtub didn’t drain quickly and the light behind the beds kept turning on all night. So much so I didn’t get any sleep and hard to put a towel over them to dull the light. The night front desk said they didn’t turn off but I’m sure it was just a malfunction. Told the desk at check out and I trust they corrected the problems. Also, I left something there and called the next day and it was still there! I went to pick it up just today and I guess I left my sweater there also so they’re both kept in a bag for me to get! I would absolutely stay here again, it was LOVELY. I’ll just bring an eye mask next time in case of those darned lights. Thank you for a little escape!"

"Undoubtedly THE best Quality Inn I’ve ever stayed. THIS is the standard by which all other Quality Inn’s should be judged. Simply a pleasure. I stay in over 300 hotels each year for my work. This property had me at the all red brick structure. Stunning design and location with ample parking. I am a traveling firefighter so comfort is a huge factor. Great beds and the best pillows. A welcoming front desk was eager to accommodate my requests and Checkin was expeditious. Breakfast wells not quite what I expected. Could have included some eggs, etc, but still get my vote. I will be back. Well done."

"We had an excellent experience with this motel: easy access, very clean and quiet room. Most impressive was the motel manager, Joe. Not only was he very personable, making us feel welcome--but when my wife accidentally left behind her Kindle in the room, he did his best to get it returned to us at our home. (Thanks, Joe! :-> ) Very highly recommended, and we will stay here anytime we're near Philadelphia."

"Price was good, continental breakfast was good. Bed ... didn't like. Mold in the tub, cigarette burn on the bedspread and fitted sheet, the flat sheet had a tear and the heat/ AC smelled terrible! If you can get past that, then it was all good!"
