"Went into the store today around 11 am to try and return a shirt. I walked in and never got greeted. The woman came over with an attitude and all huffy asking if I was exchanging. I said yes and took my shirt out of the bag and she threw it right back in my bag and said we don’t exchange body suits and the tag needs to be on it and threw the bag at me. I was in shock. Working in customer service myself, I could not believe how rude she was to me. What once use to be one of my favorite stores I will never go to again. Word to the wise, If you are that miserable at your job there’s tons of other jobs hiring right now where you don’t need to deal with customers directly. Forever 21, you deserve to have better employees working for you."

"My two experiences at this location have been poor. My first one was a bit before Christmas, I went in and searched around, unable to find the plus size section, so I politely asked an associate and got attitude back and shown the only rack of plus size; which was tightly packed with clothes to the point you couldn’t get something off without a few pieces falling off hangers or the rack entirely. I ignored the behavior and figured due to the upcoming holiday season that this was what they had left. I returned today and searched around, no plus size section to be found, not even the lone rack from last time. Now, I do not expect a huge, giant area for plus size, but knowing that this company has a great deal of plus size, and none in the store, is quite disappointing. On top of that, the store was a total mess, the sales section was hangers sticking out, clothes piled over the top of the racks, and empty hangers hanging on top of the clothes while associates stood behind the registers talking from moment I got in until I left."
