"I would love to not give any ratings at all for the services requested. Tax filed with the firm and when wanted to request extra copies of the tax return for current year, the firm requested additional copy fee $20 (despite that you’ve paid $160 on top of the tax fillings service for a case that does not have business owned/self-employed, pretty straight forward tax filling for a MFJ). It’s pretty ridiculous for a client to request a tax firm for one time additional copy request that was filled for current year and still has to pay (never had experience like this with other CPAs). I would NOT recommend using this firm, with poor service and unreasonable extra charges."
