"It’s almost stocked with stuff but I think they could use more help. Saw only two representatives attending the main desk as well as the whole lot of customers. Downside or shortage of staff is that customers have to find the stuff on their own and representatives can’t walk them to the aisle they need to go to. Overall had good experience and was able to find what I needed by finding the aisle information online. Prices were reasonable and store was clean enough. Online coupon can be used in store as well, cashier did help with that too!"

"Didnt know they closed the valley, Center location and opened this one. Michaels has been Our go to store for crafts, t shirts for printing, art supplies for school etc. They always have sale seaso nal items. Friendly employees, self checkout counters"

"It's a new store so it looks nice and clean but the service is not the best. Many things are not stocked on the shelves and when you ask the staff they claim they don't have the items...then you go online to do an in-store pickup order and miraculously they find the item in the back to fill the order. The staff also just generally doesn't seem to have any knowledge about crafting. On several occasions they haven't been able to answer basic questions about paint creating supplies and can't find any answers to help. It isn't a great and convenient location though."
