"Sleek, modern, and clean. Not particularly roomy or luxurious, but I am satisfied and confident in future stays. I recommend the Digital Key using their app. I skipped a 10 deep check-in line and used my phone to get into the room."

"The hotel over all is Very nice. Clean, well lit. Board games and foosball along with a large screen tv and comfortable, ample seating areas are present. There is a nice indoor pool. There are many choices for beverages and snacks for purchase at the front desk/store. Free breakfast wasn’t great, but pretty tasty. The location is great. Close to many things and only about 10 minutes from king of Prussia and the mall there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. I would love to see some type of comfy chair added to the rooms. When going back to relax in between activities, trying to sit or always laying on the bed wasn’t so great. I would recommend this place and the Tru brand for shorter stays and especially if you have a family with young ones."

"My children and I LOVEEEEEE this hotel. We have been there a few times now just to get away and have nothing negative to say. Very clean and well kept. We were greeted/helped each time by Wanda at the front desk. She made our experience so much easier then other hotels I've been at. She explained the app and what can be done on it which is AMAZING. She also let us know about all the amenities available at the hotel while other hotels are in a rush to check you in and get you out the way. She took her time to make sure we were covered. She was just warm welcoming overall. She made us feel extremely comfortable."

"Where do I start? Firstly, the so-called manager George was confrontational at each conversation. He made several threats, which i will be escalating. Whist checking out, he asked me to leave! In addition, there is no room service, so they argue with you for asking for towels or a bin change. There are a few cleaners who give you a blank stare, apparently not understanding the English language, which i didn't buy. I was hung up on at reception then told she was in the hotel business for 20 years. On other occasions, receptionists were unprofessional. It's run by moody depressed people. The elevators and hallways stank of weed even though there's supposed to be a no smoking policy. Lastly, I got food poisoning on my second night from their powdered eggs. Breakfast is seriously lacking. The best part was the orange juice, but the machine wasn't always working...the so called pancake machine is a toy, and don't even bother."

"1st off, let me say ,don't believe the negative results. This hotel is dog friendly,kid friendly,and everything is in the vicinity. If you don't want to drive,rooms are immaculate, and bathrooms are large with soap dispensers, along with plenty of towels. There may not be dressers, but really, for one or two nights, who is really gonna unpack, breakfast is served in the morning, and the coffee is always fresh,I would definitely return if I'm in the vicinity again"
