"Shontel was very unprofessional. She took a walk in over my appointment. The receptionist let her know I was there and continued to take the walk-in over me saying give her a few minutes. Half-hour layer Another person asked to help me and she denied me help from him saying she would be with me in a minute. The minute turned into 60. She frequently came out speaking with receptionist so I decided to leave because I felt dismissed."
