Accurate Taxes

"I just used this service a couple weeks ago and I'm still trying to get my money and figure out how to go about this properly. This man stole my state taxes, didn't give me my full federal taxes and tried to write in what I would be getting back when my actual amount was printed out and amongst the forms he gave me. He even took three forms out the packet so I'm guessing I wouldn't see the amount he actually took out. He then blocked my phone number and closed his office early every day to avoid me. I asked to have my taxes canceled and he never did after he agreed. He is a crook! Don't go there. He finds ways to steal your money. Go to someone else. Zero stars."

"I had high hopes after being recommended to this family owned tax buisness by my sister. We drove miles from Washington DC. To Baltimore to get my taxes done after waiting a month to have them completed and my prior W2s sent to them . I recieved no call on whe n they were ready for me to finish filing.theu tell me after I get there there's a 100 fee for each w2. This place is shady.i would never do buisness with these people. Wasted my time now tax deadline is monday. Cleary everyone is complaining about your shady drawings when it comes to being charged. You had to do nothing but file and wait for my taxes which is besides the point . U waited until I came to file instead of being upfront with the cost and told me I could not file without paying you all 100 as you say. Instead of you making it seem like you did me a favor you could apologize for wasting my time and for your poor communication."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. Andy charged me $661 to do my taxes. He was supposed to charge me $200 and I didn't notice it until I looked over my paper work months later. I confronted him about it, he said it was a mistake and I would get the difference by September 25th. We will see. He needs to be reported. It's no telling how many people he's getting over on. Make sure you look through all your paperwork. Also I still haven't received my state taxes yet."

Andy and his wife are honest, very professional and walk you through everything step by step. We will never go to anyone else as long as Andy and his wife are in business. I can also say that the desk staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional as well when it comes to tax returns and the process."
