"Chuck saved the day! After a dumb choice to go up an ice and snowy mountain road, my FJ Cruiser ended up in a 2ft mud ditch and impossible to get out own my own. Dealing with Progressive insurance roadside assistance was a complete joke. I called Chuck and he worked with me and Progressive for over 3 hours before they approved him to winch me out. It was 24°, running low on gas, and I saw no one but a squirrel all day. Finally, I paid for Chuck to come pull me out and that was the best decision. He arrived and knew exactly what to do to get me out without damaging the truck. He followed me back to civilization to make sure all was right, and gave me some great advice for next time I go up a snowy mountain road. Highly recommended, and he actually cared about my safety and well-being. This was unexpected considering I'm visiting from Baltimore."
