"They made a mistake in my 2018 taxes that I was not aware until later last year because they never updated my address nor really confirm my information. I got to speak with them once and they seemed like there were really going to fix the error but Now I’m calling and emailing them to fix the mistake and nobody respondes to any of my messages. The frustrating thing is that they are the only ones who can fix my issue since they made the taxes. If you want to safe yourself from trouble do not go to them. They are not being responsible and less than professional."
