Holiday Inn Express Pittston - Scranton Airport, an IHG Hotel

"Stayed here for three nights while my truck was in the shop. Upon checking in room was fresh and clean. Fresh coffee throughout the day in the lobby and good quality breakfast every morning. I’m low maintenance so I don’t interact with staff much but the staff members I did interact with were friendly and accommodating."

"Stayed at this location for the second time in a week as hubby has medical procedures nearby. Room 705 on Dec 10 stay had a heater that did not work. It was either cold or boiling hot. Breakfast the next morning was enough to feed a family of 4, and good tasting. Stayed in room 323 last night. Water was dripping from the ceiling above the tub. Manager Charlie Alcorn was EXTREMELY responsive after we advised him. Within 30 minutes we were moved to 321. Also given complimentary breakfast ticket which was a very customer friendly give. Hats off to Charlie. Room 323 had a door that did not close fully flush and a TV with screen problems. An interesting stay for sure and my rating for Charlie would be 5 star. But the facility is showing selective signs of wear and disrepair."

"I gave it a 1 because of the nice people. The hotel was very old, no updates and stunk so bad with cleaning detergents. I would not go there again We were surprised because every othe Holiday Inn Express has been updated and is clean."

"10000/10 would stay here again. Absolutely everything was top tier. 4 pillows on the bed PLUS each pillow case is labeled so you can pick the firmness u want. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. Full breakfast. The beds and blankets are super comfy. The whole place is clean, well put together and smells incredible. The staff was approachable and efficient."
