Additional comment to his answer: I did not complain at that time because I was desperate to get my taxes done. It is true I had problem with my ex accountant but not related to tax net. I called and left messages may be 10 times. He is lying because when I asked him why he did not return my calls he said he was busy. Now trying to be good person. Again I went to his office when he opened in the morning then I caught him and made him my taxes done. And took about 30 minutes. And I was not satisfied with the fee or the service."
