"The room was spacious and fairly clean. They do have breakfast here, waffles eggs etc. Staff was friendly. The check in experience was quick and easy. Only complaint was there was left over pizza in the microwave and the fridge was off."
"I rarely leave reviews. First off, why no ice machines? Basic amenity. People just sit in their cars at night and blast music. Can hear it from the 4th floor. The breakfast is a complete joke. The juice machine gives your a shower if you try to use it. There's no place to get a drink unless you want coffee or not water with the breakfast. Eggs, cereal, or a waffle. No beverages. The beds are ok. Nothing to write home about. It's decently clean but the hallway smells awful. I'm going to be in the area semi regularly but I definitely won't stay here again."
"Issues upon arrival...two rooms booked instead of the one showing in my system. Stayed in lobby for over 2 hrs until resolved. Front desk lady was nice. The room was ok until I looked at the bathroom which looked dirty. In the middle of the night, water was leaking in from the window. In the morning, breakfast was like WHAT... No apple juice, NO fruits, no variety to choose from, eggs were wet, one bar of cream cheese for everyone to share (not hygienic to me) and staff seem oblivious as to the needs of the hotel in this aspect. Around 9:12 staff came down and just staring while going into the breakfast area. This is a one day stay and although I may have wanted to extend the stay, I will not. I even saw customers go back to their room to grab a banana they brought in for their kid. Comfort Inn, you have to do better."
"The room was fairly clean, no odd smells. The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Badly designed shower, no place to put the soap except to leave on the floor. The front desk lady was kind of rude, she caught an attitude with me after I decided to read before signing their $100 deposit requirement. To sum it up, pretty good location, ok rooms, rude staff."
"We had booked a king bed, and when we went to check in, we were booked for a queen handicap room. Super frustrating because we have kids we need a bath to bathe them. When we asked to switch we couldn't because we booked with a 3rd party. And the manager is out until Monday. Get into the room, and there are spiders and spider webs (we hate spiders), the refrigerator was dirty. Just isn't enough room for our family. The exercise room is locked and no one can seem to get in there, there's no ice or vending machines.. very frustrating place to stay. We traveled from MN to come here? No thanks. The staff was okay. Not her fault there are rules to follow. There are bees or wasps nest it something outside. Lobby looked very nice. Just not impressed with our stay. Definitely looking for something more family friendly."
