"I made a reservation today and my husband and I were in a car accident and we can’t Get there. Not only would they not let me cancel but we couldn’t even change the dates. The man that answered the phone was disgusting rude and hung up on me he wouldn’t even listen to me. Never again will i book with these people and I will make sure everyone knows what kind of business these people run!"

"The rooms were clean but in disrepair. Our toilet clogged and we were given a plunger and told to fix it ourselves. I asked about a room change but was denied. Definitely not because they were at capacity. The price was rather high for the state of the rooms and the fact we apparently have to conduct our own maintenance too."

"We checked in opened the hotel room door walked in and right back out again. We are used to budget priced hotels but this was by far the worst. There were roaches crawling under the wall coverings, open bear bottles in the fridge and cigarette butts in the bathroom. Ceiling was literally falling down. Staff was friendly and helpful and was able to walk us through getting a refund from the third party website we booked from. Also the smell was enough to make you gag."
