"I did my taxes in April, have yet to receive them and there is absolutely no file of them being submitted! I have called and left messages. Each time I finally get ahold of someone they state that they have resubmitted my taxes and I should receive them in a few weeks. I completely get life happens but just be honest. Oh they also misspelled my sons name which caused this 6+ month of phone tag. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Edit: Not only did I have to file my own taxes, I lost my child tax credit due to Kent not listening nor paying attention. I will be reporting this man. He should not be allowed to do anyone’s taxes."
