"Steven is a nice guy overall, but when handling my taxes, he had extremely poor communication and does not take any notes on personal conversations regarding the taxes being filed. I have no problem with the service rendered, he did decent job on that end. He tried to save me money where he could and made an attempt explain things (very poorly, but he tried). He is your guy if you have some experience with filing small business taxes in the past, but if you're a new-ish small business owner: I suggest to be sure you spell every little thing out to him and REPEAT it 1-2 days later, or he might night remember and gloss right over whatever you sent him.
