"After a business closure and 5 years paying off a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, we were behind in our taxes. We floundered around with different accountants and partial payment agreements, we were being threatened with liens and levies. The day an IRS revenue officer showed up at the door, I knew we needed a tax attorney. I responded to a TV commercial: an offer for a free call to discuss the situation. After briefly going over my situation, I was quoted a high up-front fee and given no assurance that the costs would not rise. Very disappointing! Searched online and called another attorney. He informed me that if at that time we decided not to hire him, he would refund his up-front fee minus a small charge for the review. How refreshing! Josh far exceeded my expectations. "Only real conversations were with Brian and complaint text messages to him, the only other person whom I spoke to once was a female account, who told me Brian doesn’t know that much about the bossiness. After complaining, I finally received a voicemail from the attorney, that I couldn’t quite understand,, low, did not get the call back number. For the amount paid, they were only willing to do a minimal. And I haven’t heard anything since. Basically, now I am screws. I probably would have been better off dealing directly with the IRS. My tax debt should have been reduced, not the deal they were suppose to get me. And since they have done nothing, I have other companies calling me to deal with this)"
