"We stay here often. Always very accommodating and clean. Much nicer and more updated than other Hamptons we've stayed in. Tish from the front desk was super friendly and told my son she was his biggest fan! They hit it off, chatting about swimming and losing teeth. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable. Rooms are clean and quiet. Best place to stay in Jamestown!"
"We stayed at this location for one night as we were on a road trip. Overall the hotel was nice. We were able to book a king suite while travelling with our dog which was not super common. Most other hotels limited the room type to two queens. The room was huge which was awesome. Clean. Close to Walmart.Quiet. Comfy bed. Shower pressure wasn’t great and didn’t rinse the soap well. I had a bath, the tub was tiny, but worked well. One real negative was that the breakfast was awful. I am gluten free, and there was nothing available for me. My partner, who is not gluten free, said the food was a huge let down. There needs to be more training to staff on gluten friendly awareness, both on the front desk and breakfast staff. The potatoes were barely cooked and tasted odd. I couldn’t find anything to eat that was safe, which is a real hassle when you’re trying to get back on the road and there aren’t many options nearby. The website noted that the hotel was under construction but we didn’t notice anything. The only thing that would stop me from staying here in the future is the lack of gluten friendly options."
"I am a big Hampton lover and stay at Hamptons all the time. This one was ok, nothing wrong or great. The sign leading to the building is back off the main road and hard to see. The breakfast was good, coffee was available in the lobby. I used the app and did remote key, so didn't have to go to the front desk at all, which was nice. There was some construction going on, which was noted, and hopefully, we will take this location to the next level."
"Staff was nice. Upon arrival, check in was easy. I got a room on the 2nd floor and noticed right away how loud the hallway flooring is. Every step sounded like I was stomping and I was trying to walk as soft as possible to not disturb other guests. I get in the room and it was clean, but the shower was very outdated. Several layers of caulk looked like it had been re-applied throughout the years. The exhaust fan sounded like it was on it's last leg. Around 2am my next door guests woke me up. They spoke at a normal tone and I could hear every word. I couldn't believe how thin the walls were. Every time they opened and closed a door, I could hear it. Luckily they wound down fast and I was able to get back to sleep. Hotel is decent, but I don't think I would stay again based off of my experience."
