"What an excellent place to stay! Was in town for a work-related get-together, and it was my first time staying there. Everything was excellent! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. The room could not have been any cleaner. Sitting right on Route 30, its location is perfect. I will definitely be back!"

"I was so pleasantly surprised! The basic king bed room was suite style with a nice couch, fridge and microwave. Very modern, clean, and well decorated. I don’t know if this place is brand new or just kept up very well, but I really enjoyed it. The bed sheets and pillows were comfortable, and the hot breakfast was great and had plenty of options. If I’m ever in the area again, this is definitely where I will stay."

"My recent stay was comfortable and the staff was great but this is not why I'm writing this review. My review is for the service after I left the hotel and traveled back to Michigan. A day or so after I got home the hotel called to inform me that a staff member had cleaned my room and found a necklace. Yes I left behind my very beautiful necklace that my husband bought me while we were in Greece. They immediately mailed it to me without hesitation. Thank you to all that were involved in returning this to me and the honesty of the people involved will forever be in my heart. There are so many good honest people still out there and Hampton Inn you hired them. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU"

"My initial booking was for the wrong weekend (Aug 11-13, 2023). I made the changes to my reservation in my app, but for whatever reason, it didn't update in the system with the new dates (Aug. 18-20). I was charged for the wrong date and did not have a reservation for the correct weekend. The manager, Mary, refused to work with me to have the costs applied to the correct weekend. I booked with a nearby hotel for this weekend for our special trip. I will be forming a class-action lawsuit as I am clearly not the only guest who has been improperly charged due to Hilton app failures. For as long as I have been a traveler, my first choice anywhere I go is always a Hampton...always. That will not be the case going forward. It is unfortunate."

"We stay at this Hampton when we visit The Palace and by far the staff makes all The difference in the world. Mary is one of the kindness managers. We had not been in 2 years and it was as if we were family . Thanks for your kindness ."
